Cheese Filled Beef Roll Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine meat, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, sauce, egg and salt
  • Mix well.
  • Put meat mixture into 14" x 8" rectangle on waxed paper.
  • Combine cheese, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, green pepper and water.
  • Pagt cheese mixture over meat.
  • Roll up jelly roll fashion.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees in shallow pan for 25-35 minutes.
  • Have fun, play around with added ingredients!
