Shrimp And Potato Crockpot Stew Recipe Dawnforth / All my dishes

This is another recipe I created about 10 years ago by trial by error. It has so many different flavors it all just comes together!

Ingredients
  • 2- Cups of water
  • 1 - Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 - Green bell pepper chopped
  • 4 - Red potatoes chopped in cubes
  • 2 - Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 Cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 Cup yellow onion chopped
  • 6 - Whole fresh mushrooms diced
  • 2 - Cups of frozen small shrimp

Directions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients above into a Crockpot
  2. Cook on high for 2 hours
  3. Turn down to low and cook for an additional 2 hours
