Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • lemon pepper
  • butter or margerine

Directions
  1. 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees f
  2. 2. place chicken breasts in oven-safe baking dish
  3. 3.place in oven and cook for one hour
  4. 4. remove chicken from oven
  5. 5. add a little butter to each piece of chicken
  6. 6. sprinkle lemon pepper to taste on each piece also.
  7. 7. place back in oven and bake for 15 more mins
  8. 8. remove chicken and serve with a side dish and vegtable.
  9. Serving Size-4
