- 5 cups cooked Japanese rice shopping list
- 5-10 crab sticks shopping list
- 5-10 1/2 inch strips cucumber shopping list
- 5-10 1/2 inch strips ripe mangos shopping list
- kikkoman soy sauce shopping list
- wasabe shopping list
- 5 nori sheets shopping list
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Let the rice cool
- lay nori sheet over a bamboo mat or cling wrap
- spread 1 cup of the cold cooked rice on the nori sheet
- aline crabstick,cucumber,mangos and squeeze mayonaise on top.
- gently roll nori sheet till it forms a log.
- slice the rolled up california maki with a wet sharp knife ,arrange on a serving platter and enjoy.
- DIP
- kikkoman soy sauce and wasabe
