Scallops With Tangy Honey Glaze Recipe
The sauce & scallops can be prepared ahead and refrigerated. Reheat sauce, grill indoors or out, still yummy! Have with a salad and you're dinner's on the table.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs scallops
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions
  1. Combine butter, honey lemon juice, shallots and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat 5-10 minutes, keep warm to serve with scallops.
  2. Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper; brush with olive oil, thread on skewers
  3. Grill, on lightly oiled grill rack over medium 4-6 minutes a side or until opaque in center
