Scallops with Tangy Honey Glaze

- 2 lbs scallops shopping list
- ¼ tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 2 T honey shopping list
- 2 T lemon juice shopping list
- 1 shallot, chopped shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, honey lemon juice, shallots and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat 5-10 minutes, keep warm to serve with scallops.
- Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper; brush with olive oil, thread on skewers
- Grill, on lightly oiled grill rack over medium 4-6 minutes a side or until opaque in center
