How to make it

  • Combine butter, honey lemon juice, shallots and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat 5-10 minutes, keep warm to serve with scallops.
  • Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper; brush with olive oil, thread on skewers
  • Grill, on lightly oiled grill rack over medium 4-6 minutes a side or until opaque in center
