This is so good I can't find the words to describe it. All I can say is try it you will be so amazed at the unique flavors melding together. I love it served over grilled chicken.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 2 serrano chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup Mexican beer
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Juice of 2 limes

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
