How to make it

  • Sauté 2 strips bacon with onion and green pepper until lightly browned.
  • Drain off fat then stir in all other ingredients except for remaining bacon.
  • Bring to a boil then pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Place remaining bacon strips on top and bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
