How to make it

  • cut onoin ,capasium into slices
  • blend diced tomatoes in food blender to get liquidized
  • afterwoods
  • mix trout feles with spices,marinade for 3 hours-or over night
  • then pour lemon juce
  • fry trout feles in anon -stick pan-just to make the bottom of feles golden--dont turn over!
  • put feles in other plate
  • sautee oninos,capasium-- in the same pan with remaining oil --untill tender
  • add chili,liquidized tomatotes,leave untill liquid is thick
  • add feles for aminute then serve hot with white rice or whole wheat pitta bread

    This is a ridiculous treatment for trout. You would completely destroy the very delicate flavour of the fish this way.
