This is one of our favorite main dish salads. The flavors are delicious together, and it's delicious the next day as well. Received it in an e newsletter a few years ago.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Perdue Shortcuts Original Roast chicken or 3 cups grilled, shredded chicken
  • prepared penne (about 6 ounces uncooked pasta), run under cold water to chill
  • 2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
  • 1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup fat-free caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well to coat.
