Good Morning SallyJo! I love Couscous but I have one question. Do you use the small Couscous or the larger Israeli Couscous in this recipe? It's probably a silly question but I thought I'd ask anyway ;-)

I used the small Couscous. I didn't know about the larger kind. It's not a silly question at all. How ya gonna know if ya don't ask!? :) I did find that the Couscous was a little dry to my liking, so I added about 1/2 stick of butter to mine.
