Ingredients
  • 1 can Broth
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • ~ 3/4 tsp Celery Seed.
  • ~ pinch Crushed Red Pepper ("pizza pepper")
  • ~ pinch of Chinese 5-Spice Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Ketyap (homemade) *
  • handful sliced Green Onions (~1/4-1/3 cup)
  • Regular krinkley Egg Noodles
  • Optional : 1-2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter.

Directions
  1. (Using smaller Corning "Visions" sauce pan with cover.)
  2. - Add all ingred.
  3. - Bring broth to boil.
  4. - Add noodles to 1/3 again OVER the water level (steam cooks)
  5. - COVER.
  6. - Stir frequently, lowering the heat gradully as the noodles soften.
  7. - Cook until most all the liquid is absorbed and turns into sauce.
  8. * KETYAP:
  9. In saucepan, heat :
  10. 1/2 cup Light Soy Sauce
  11. 1/4 cup Dark Molasses
  12. 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  13. Stir until melted, then refrigerate.
