How to make it

  • (Using smaller Corning "Visions" sauce pan with cover.)
  • - Add all ingred.
  • - Bring broth to boil.
  • - Add noodles to 1/3 again OVER the water level (steam cooks)
  • - COVER.
  • - Stir frequently, lowering the heat gradully as the noodles soften.
  • - Cook until most all the liquid is absorbed and turns into sauce.
  • * KETYAP:
  • In saucepan, heat :
  • 1/2 cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dark Molasses
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • Stir until melted, then refrigerate.

    Sounds good. I'll try it. Nobody in the house but me will eat it 'cause it does't come out of a box or bag, but what you gonna do.
