An easy enough pie and no messing with a crust, it makes it own!

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 TBL. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. bisquick
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tea. vanilla
  • nutmeg

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425*.
  2. Starting with the eggs, put in a blender in order.
  3. Mix for several seconds.
  4. Pour into a well greased pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired
  6. Bake at 425* for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 375* for 30 min.
