New York Cheesecake

- 4 store bought crumb pie crusts (graham cracker and vanilla work best) shopping list
- 4 8oz packages of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 c white sugar shopping list
- 3/4 c milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 c sour cream shopping list
- 1 tblsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tblsp Grand Mariner (or other orange liqueur) - optional shopping list
- 1/4 c flour shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a large mixing bowl (preferably a stand mixer) blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Blend in milk, then the eggs one at a time.
- Add the sour cream, vanilla and liqueur until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the four pie crusts and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- The cakes will still seem a little loose in the center, but they will set up firm shortly. Let the cakes slowly cool until they are at room temp, then store in the fridge until ready to serve.
