How to make it

  • Pre heat the ovento 180 degrees.
  • In a bowl mix 1/3 cup of worstershire sauce, a few drops of tabasco, a Squeeze of lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1/3 of a cup diced bacon.
  • When mixed add the chicken breast, rub in and cover they entire breast with the mix.
  • Make a pocket out of Al foil, tip the entire contence of the bowl into the pocket and seal.
  • You can leave this to marinate or cook straight away.
  • To cook put in the oven for 30 mins at 180-200 degrees.
  • * best served with mashed potatos or rice.

    wow how delicious meek i just cooked this for my auntys 98th she absolutly loved it only thing is she had a mild acid reflux episode resaulting in her death, ty meeks great meal overall
