Vivacious Raspberry Sour Cream Pie Recipe
VIVACIOUS RASPBERRY SOUR CREAM PIE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the White Estate in Frisco, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 9 inch single crust pie shell
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter
  • 2 cups sour cream

Directions
  1. In a bowl combine 3/4 cup sugar and flour then whisk in sour cream and vanilla.
  2. Arrange berries evenly in pie shell then spread sour cream mixture over berries.
  3. Combine flour, 2 teaspoons sugar and melted butter until mixture forms crumbles.
  4. Sprinkle over pie then bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
  5. Cool on rack and serve at room temperature.
