Raw Cranberry Relish Recipe
This is a great recipe for those that don't care for cranberries because trust me, I despise them but I love this recipe! It's sweet yet tangy! It's my Grandmother's.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound cranberries, ground
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • small can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 package strawberry jello and 1 envelope gelatin dissolved in the pineapple juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Mix cranberries, sugar and marshmallows.
  2. Let stand overnight.
  3. Add pecans
  4. Drain pineapple and save juice.
  5. Dissolve jello and gelatin in pineapple juice over low heat
  6. Add all ingredients mix well
  7. Chill and serve.
