Seafood Pasta

- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) pkg crab meat (I use the imitation) shopping list
- 1 pound scallops, rinsed, drained shopping list
- 1 pound angel hair pasta (or any type you like) shopping list
- 1 pound medium shrimp cooked shopping list
How to make it
- in a saucepan, whisk four and sour cream. stir in cheese and butter; bring to a boil over medium low heat, stirring frequently.
- cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- remove from heat.
- stir in crab, set aside and keep warm.
- place scallops in saucepan with a small amount of water. cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes or just until opaque.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions.
- srit in shrimp, cook over low heat junt util heated-about 3 minutes.
- Dran pasta and top with seafood mixture.
