Burrito Cassrole

- 2 lbs of lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 package knorr lipton fiesta sides (Spanish rice) shopping list
- 1 can of rosarita fried beans (traditional) shopping list
- 6-8 flour Torillas (medium size) shopping list
- 2 cups of chopped white onion shopping list
- 2 cups of chopped tomato shopping list
- 2 cups of sliced olives shopping list
- 4-6 cups of cheese (cheddar or mixed is okay ) shopping list
- sour cream and pico pica taco sauce for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 350 degrees
- brown and drain ground beef (while browning ground beef add your choice of seasoning taco season, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, etc)
- cook spanish rice as directed on package
- warm up beans via microwave or stove top
- line casserole dish with flour torillas
- spread a thick layer of beans, ground beef, and rice top it with cheese
- add another layer torillas and repeat layer of beef, beans, rice and cheese
- on final layer over it up with last torillas add cheese , tomato, and onion and olives on top.
- place in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted
- let it cool and cut and serve with garnish and enjoy!!
