Fast and easy, my husband doesn't like the mayo...so I don't put any on his side.

Ingredients
  • 10 slices bacon, crisply cooked
  • 1 med tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 4 oz grated swiss cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions
  1. separate each biscuit in half
  2. press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
  3. mix together crumbled bacono, tomato, onion and mayo.
  4. spread over biscuits.
  5. top with cheese
  6. bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and brown.
