- 1 quart pickled sliced jalapenos shopping list
- 1 bag of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Drain and thoroughly rinse jalapenos in cold water.
- Drain in a collandar several times and place jalapenos in a glass container and cover with as much sugar as it will hold.
- Let sit for several day (up to a week) or until sugar turns to syrup.
- Flip daily to mix syrup and peppers (add more sugar if needed).
- Add food coloring drops if seasonal look is desired.
