Very unusual, but very tasty and very refreshing ice cream. Great on a hot summer day when you want something cool and refreshing. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 18 marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 2 small avocados mashed
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • Pistachio nuts

Directions
  1. Dissolve marshmallows and cream in double boiler then cool.
  2. Add mashed avocado and juice of half a lemon.
  3. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream and place in freezer.
  4. Serve with pistachio nuts.
