sharp mac amp cheese

- 16 oz elbow macaroni shopping list
- 1 lb sharp chedder shopping list
- corn starch shopping list
- milk shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- boil macaroni
- heat milk to just before boiling
- add some cheese
- add some corn starch (for thickening to desired consistency)
- add some butter
- (continue 3-5 until you use all but 1/2 cup of cheese)
- drain macaroni
- put in 12x8 pan
- put remaining cheese and some butter on top
- bake at 400 until thoroughly heated and top layer of cheese is melted.
- Server hot or warm - is good cold too!
