Ingredients

How to make it

  • boil macaroni
  • heat milk to just before boiling
  • add some cheese
  • add some corn starch (for thickening to desired consistency)
  • add some butter
  • (continue 3-5 until you use all but 1/2 cup of cheese)
  • drain macaroni
  • put in 12x8 pan
  • put remaining cheese and some butter on top
  • bake at 400 until thoroughly heated and top layer of cheese is melted.
  • Server hot or warm - is good cold too!
