Brownies With Icing Recipe

Ingredients

Brownies:

* 2 sticks butter

3 or 4 Tlbs cocoa

1 cup water

2 cups sugar

2 cups plain flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tsp soda

Icing:

* 1 stick butter

6 Tbls buttermilk

3 or 4 Tlbs cocoa

1 box powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup pecans chopped

Directions

Brownies; Bring to boil butter, cocoa and water, pour over sugar and flour which has been mixed well. Add and mix eggs,buttermilk and soda. Bake at 300 degrees in a greased and floured 9 by 13 pan for 45 minutes.

Icing: Bring to boil butter buttermilk and cocoa. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar,vanilla and mix well.

Add pecans. Pour over hot cake.....Enjoy

* You can also use margerine!
