salmon noodle casserole

- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) slamon shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp mustard shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 pkg frozen mixed veggies shopping list
- 3 cups noodles, cooked shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- drain salmon and break into chunks
- melt butter in pan, stir in flour and mustard
- gradually stir in evaporated milk
- cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened
- stir in veggies, cooked noodles and 1 cup cheese
- gently fold in salmon
- pour into greased 2 quart baking dish
- bake, covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
- sprinkle with remaining cheese
- bake uncovered 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
