    The whole thing sounds delicious. I'm just not good at making sushi, it always turns into a deconstructed sushi roll, which is still excellent but I've caved in and decided to recently order a Maki-sushi ki. But I'm good at making caviar, so can't wait to try this all out will keep your background sauce in mind and print it out.
