Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs Hummus
  • 2 Tbs Sriracha (Thai Chili Sauce)

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients well
  2. Coat maki ingredients with spicy
  3. Roll as normal
  4. Turn your spicy maki into TNT maki by adding bits of fried tempura batter to add crunch as well

The whole thing sounds delicious. I'm just not good at making sushi, it always turns into a deconstructed sushi roll, which is still excellent but I've caved in and decided to recently order a Maki-sushi ki. But I'm good at making caviar, so can't wait to try this all out will keep your background sauce in mind and print it out.
