Blackened Red Snapper

Blackened Redfish was brought upon the scene by our local chey Paul Pudhome I made it so ordinalry guys like you and me could do it right as everyone was burning up their kitchens trying to imitate the chef's version lol
Ingredients
- 40z redsnapper fillets or other white fish fillets shopping list
- onioj powder shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- Dry mustard shopping list
- Ground thyme shopping list
- Quebrado chile shopping list
How to make it
- combine onion powder Garlic Powder Ground thyme andPepper
- Sprinkle one side of the filets with half of this mixrture
- Spray a non stick pan and heat to until hot
- Add fillets, seasoned side down cook 4 min
- Sprinkle remaining spices to the other side and let cook for about 4 minutes and wwwwwhall you are the master chef. YOu can do this to chicken, Pork All kindsof fish I beieve we were serving blackened wall paper Peace Hahahah

Delta.. my mom used to bake this fish in the oven with red sauce..... Im dying to try it this way.... I love chicken this way too....Another great post from you!!!!!
