korean cold kimchi noodles

- 1 cup of kimchi, finely sliced shopping list
- 2 tbs of sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tbs of gojuchang (korean chilli paste) shopping list
- 1 teaspeoon of sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seed shopping list
How to make it
- cook japanese or korean soba until al dente
- mix kimchi, sesame oil, chilli paste, sugar and vinegar
- mix noodle with kimchi mixture, mix well
- sprinkle with sesame seed, serve
