  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Directions
  1. beat eggs and oil.
  2. all all ingredients.
  3. blend 4 minutes
  4. pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
  5. .
  6. bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly brown.
