How to make it

  • In bowl,combine 11/2 lbs of sirloin and soy sauce;set aside
  • In wok or lg. skillet,bring enough water to reach depth of 2" to a boil,add broccoli rabe,lower heat,simmer 3 mins. Drain in colander,rinse well with cold water;set aside
  • Return wok to high heat,add 2 T sun dried tomato oil and garlic;stir fry 1 min.
  • Add sirloin and stir fry for 2 mins.
  • Transfer meat and it's juices to a bowl. Add remaining 1T sundried tomato oil to wok and then the scallions,pepper and sun dried tomatoes;stir fry 1 min.
  • In lg. pot of boiling ,salted water,cook pasta till al dente;about 3 mins. In small bowl stir together beef broth,cornstarch and remaining 11/2 T soy sauce. Add mixture to wok.stirring until thickened,about 1 min. Return thee meat,it's juices,the broccoli rabe to the wo;cook until heated thru. Divide pasta among 4 plates;top with steak and vegetables.
