Ingredients
  • 675g sirloin beef steak
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. cut meat into 1/2' thick chunks
  3. place the meat in a casserole dish with a lid
  4. sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper
  5. in a small bowl mix ketchup, salsa and brown sugar
  6. pour over the meat
  7. chop your celery, red pepper and onion and sprinkle on top of your meat and sauce mixture
  8. cover and cook for 55 minutes or until meat is nice and tender
