How to make it

  • Saute first 5 ingedients together for 5 min.
  • Combine salt , cornstarch , with 2 cups of chicken stock.
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  • Boil 1 minute.
  • Mix with sauteed ingredients and stir.
  • Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over rice and garnish with slivered almonds

    I'm going to make this. One of my favorite chinese dishes is Chicken Almond! I've just never tried making it at home. Thank you so much for the recipe!
