Chicken Almond

- 2 cups of cooked chicken ( cooked in water) save stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots shopping list
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts shopping list
- 2 cups of celery shopping list
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch shopping list
- 1tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 cups of chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- Saute first 5 ingedients together for 5 min.
- Combine salt , cornstarch , with 2 cups of chicken stock.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Mix with sauteed ingredients and stir.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice and garnish with slivered almonds
