Asparagus With Blue Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 small bunch asparagus cooked and drained

3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1 oz blue cheese

Directions

cream cheese and beat in milk.

Crumble blue cheese into mixture and blend thoroughly but do not beat

Heat over low heat until hot and bubbly about 3 minutes

Stir occassionally.

Spoon over hot vegetables.
