This recipe makes quite a large chunk fo meatloaf. It is great for those (like my husband) who like fried meatloaf leftovers better than the first time around.

How do you fry the meatloaf? I've never heard of that before (I'm a meatloaf newbie!)

You just cut the leftovers into slices (like bread) and put them in a skillet. I say fry, but PAM or a non-stick pan takes away the need for oil. You just cook 'em up until they are brown and crispy. It really doesn't take but 5-10 minutes to get them hot through and crispy. I will agree that it is better than when you take a new loaf fresh out of the oven becuase there are a lot more crispy parts. Good luck on getting aquainted with meatloaf.
