How to make it

  • Mix egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt, worchestire sauce, lowerys and bacon bits well
  • Add ground beef, onions and cheese
  • Shape into a loaf (or 2 of you would like)
  • Bake at 350* for 1 hour

    You just cut the leftovers into slices (like bread) and put them in a skillet. I say fry, but PAM or a non-stick pan takes away the need for oil. You just cook 'em up until they are brown and crispy. It really doesn't take but 5-10 minutes to get them hot through and crispy. I will agree that it is better than when you take a new loaf fresh out of the oven becuase there are a lot more crispy parts. Good luck on getting aquainted with meatloaf.
