Mustard Honey Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup of honey

1 whole chicken )approx 4 pounds) cut into 7-8 pieces

1/2 teaspoon powdered curry

2 tablespoons apricot marinade or jam

1 teaspoon of paprika

3 tabelspoons Dijon style mustard

Directions

Sprinke the chicken with the pepper, paprika, and the curry powder. Place in a medium to large size roasting pan.

In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, and jam. Pour all of it over the chicken and marinate. Can marinate for one hour or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for one hour. Baste often for more flavor.
