Mustard Honey Chicken

The honey and mustard marinade with the apricot jam makes this chicken dish a favorite ! The curry adds that exotic taste!
Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup of honey shopping list
- 1 whole chicken )approx 4 pounds) cut into 7-8 pieces shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered curry shopping list
- 2 tablespoons apricot marinade or jam shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of paprika shopping list
- 3 tabelspoons Dijon style mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinke the chicken with the pepper, paprika, and the curry powder. Place in a medium to large size roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, and jam. Pour all of it over the chicken and marinate. Can marinate for one hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for one hour. Baste often for more flavor.
