Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 Jars Whole potatoes (drained & halved) shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp minced garlic (jar or fresh) your preference shopping list
- 1 tbsp rosemary shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt & pepper (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Give each chicken breast a few gentle pounds
- Coat a 13x9 baking dish with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sprinkle bottom of baking dish with 1 tbsp minced garlich, a little garlic powder, and a pinch of salt & pepper.
- Brush tops & bottoms of chicken with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place into 13x9 baking dish
- Take the halved potatoes and surround the chicken with them.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the chicken and potatoes
- Sprinkle your lemon juice then spices over both the chicken & potatoes paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Rosemary, salt & pepper
- Use the remaining 1 tbsp of minced garlic and sprinkle over all the potatoes
- Cook for about 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
