Rosemary Chicken And Potatoes Recipe
This is a very simple, flavorful and juicy chicken dish. A family favorite.

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Jars Whole Potatoes (drained & halved)
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic (jar or fresh) your preference
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions
  1. Give each chicken breast a few gentle pounds
  2. Coat a 13x9 baking dish with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. Sprinkle bottom of baking dish with 1 tbsp minced garlich, a little garlic powder, and a pinch of salt & pepper.
  4. Brush tops & bottoms of chicken with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place into 13x9 baking dish
  5. Take the halved potatoes and surround the chicken with them.
  6. Drizzle 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the chicken and potatoes
  7. Sprinkle your lemon juice then spices over both the chicken & potatoes paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Rosemary, salt & pepper
  8. Use the remaining 1 tbsp of minced garlic and sprinkle over all the potatoes
  9. Cook for about 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
