How to make it

  • 1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350
  • 2 COMBINE THE HAM, CRUMBS, MUSTARD, SALT, PEPPER, ONIONS, AND CHEESE.
  • 3. WASH THE ZUCCHINI THOROUGHLY AND CUT INTO 3 INCH LENGHTS. SCOOP OUT THE CENTERS WITH AN APPOLE CORER LEAVING A SHELL 1/4 INCH THICK. STUFF WITH THE HAM MIXURE.
  • 4. PLACETHE ZUCCHINI IN A BAKING PAN AND ADD THE OIL AND GARLIC. COVER AND BAKE AND ADD THE OIL AND GARLIC. COVER AND BAKE UNTIL THE SQUASH ARE TENDER, 45 TO 55 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE PAN.
  • 5. MIX THE CORNSTARCH WITH THE TOMATO SAUCE AND STIR INTO THE PAN. COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL THICKEND. SKIM OFF THE EXCESS FAT AND SPOON THE SAUCE OVER THE ZUCCHINI.
