  • 1 CUP GROUND HAM
  • 1/2 SOFT BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/2TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/8 TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
  • 2 TABLESPOONS MINCED ONIONS
  • 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEDDER CHEESE
  • 2 POUNDS ZUCCHINI
  • 1/4 CUP OIL
  • 1 GARLIC CLOVE CRUSHED
  • 11/2 TEASPOONS CORNSTARCH
  • 1/2 CUP TOMATO SAUSE

Directions
  1. 1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350
  2. 2 COMBINE THE HAM, CRUMBS, MUSTARD, SALT, PEPPER, ONIONS, AND CHEESE.
  3. 3. WASH THE ZUCCHINI THOROUGHLY AND CUT INTO 3 INCH LENGHTS. SCOOP OUT THE CENTERS WITH AN APPOLE CORER LEAVING A SHELL 1/4 INCH THICK. STUFF WITH THE HAM MIXURE.
  4. 4. PLACETHE ZUCCHINI IN A BAKING PAN AND ADD THE OIL AND GARLIC. COVER AND BAKE AND ADD THE OIL AND GARLIC. COVER AND BAKE UNTIL THE SQUASH ARE TENDER, 45 TO 55 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE PAN.
  5. 5. MIX THE CORNSTARCH WITH THE TOMATO SAUCE AND STIR INTO THE PAN. COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL THICKEND. SKIM OFF THE EXCESS FAT AND SPOON THE SAUCE OVER THE ZUCCHINI.

Ive been looking for something to stuff my Zucchini with....


Well to tell you the truth i had no ideal my self till a friend told me to stuff it with ham
so i tryed it and liked it very much


This is a delcious ocmbination. I really liked it and it made a great supper for the clan.
