Zucchini Stuffed With Ham

- 1 CUP ground ham shopping list
- 1/2 SOFT bread CRUMBS shopping list
- 1/2TEASPOON dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON salt shopping list
- 1/8 TEASPOON FRESHLY ground pepper shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS MINCED onions shopping list
- 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEDDER cheese shopping list
- 2 POUNDS zucchini shopping list
- 1/4 CUP oil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove CRUSHED shopping list
- 11/2 TEASPOONS cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 CUP tomato SAUSE shopping list
How to make it
- 1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350
- 2 COMBINE THE HAM, CRUMBS, MUSTARD, SALT, PEPPER, ONIONS, AND CHEESE.
- 3. WASH THE ZUCCHINI THOROUGHLY AND CUT INTO 3 INCH LENGHTS. SCOOP OUT THE CENTERS WITH AN APPOLE CORER LEAVING A SHELL 1/4 INCH THICK. STUFF WITH THE HAM MIXURE.
- 4. PLACETHE ZUCCHINI IN A BAKING PAN AND ADD THE OIL AND GARLIC. COVER AND BAKE AND ADD THE OIL AND GARLIC. COVER AND BAKE UNTIL THE SQUASH ARE TENDER, 45 TO 55 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE PAN.
- 5. MIX THE CORNSTARCH WITH THE TOMATO SAUCE AND STIR INTO THE PAN. COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL THICKEND. SKIM OFF THE EXCESS FAT AND SPOON THE SAUCE OVER THE ZUCCHINI.
