How to make it

  • Pour eggnog and milk into large bowl.
  • Add dry pudding mixes and nutmeg. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.
  • Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Spoon evenly into 5 dessert dishes or 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl; cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Top evenly with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping just before serving.
  • Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.

    Tastes exactly like the much-harder version that uses gelatin and sometimes will set and sometimes just won't. This came out beautifully in about 10 minutes TOTAL mixing time, chilled and was perfection by lunchtime.

    I also used light eggnog, 1% milk, and two packages of fatfree/sugar free pudding mix. It was still truly wonderful. Thanks!

    OMG! So simple and yet tasty! I'm using it as a filling for chocolate cups to take to my office Christmas party!
