Eggnog Mousse

- 2 cups cold eggnog shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk shopping list
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups thawed French vanilla flavored whipped topping, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Pour eggnog and milk into large bowl.
- Add dry pudding mixes and nutmeg. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Spoon evenly into 5 dessert dishes or 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Top evenly with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping just before serving.
- Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.

OMG! So simple and yet tasty! I'm using it as a filling for chocolate cups to take to my office Christmas party!

Tastes exactly like the much-harder version that uses gelatin and sometimes will set and sometimes just won't. This came out beautifully in about 10 minutes TOTAL mixing time, chilled and was perfection by lunchtime.
I also used light eg...moresandiel in Maumelle loved it
