Ingredients

2 cups cold eggnog

1-1/2 cups cold milk

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

2-1/2 cups thawed French vanilla flavored whipped topping, divided

Directions

Pour eggnog and milk into large bowl.

Add dry pudding mixes and nutmeg. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.

Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

Spoon evenly into 5 dessert dishes or 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl; cover.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Top evenly with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping just before serving.

Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.

Tastes exactly like the much-harder version that uses gelatin and sometimes will set and sometimes just won't. This came out beautifully in about 10 minutes TOTAL mixing time, chilled and was perfection by lunchtime.

I also used light eggnog, 1% milk, and two packages of fatfree/sugar free pudding mix. It was still truly wonderful. Thanks!
