How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together . Mixture should be stiff enough to allow to make into small ( 1 -1 1/2 inch balls )
  • Drop into boiling water . Cook for about 10 minutes( cut into one to check for doneness.
  • Remove to paper towels to drain off excess water.
  • These can be frozen for 2 months.
  • To use Bring soup ( chicken broth) to a boil and drop in the dumplings cook sufficiently to heat the dumplings and serve approximately 2-3 per cup or bowl.

    I love liver dumpling soup and am very surprised to find it posted. My version is a bit different and when I find the time I will have to post it. Going to try this version too.
