- BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL FOAMY THROUGHOUT GRADUALLY BEAT IN 1/4 CUP (50ML) SUGAR AND CONTINUE BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE FORMS STIFF SHINY PEAKS
- FOLD EGG WHITES INTO LEMON_CHEESE MIXTURE. SPREAD EVENLY IN BAKED PIE CRUST CHILL 5 MINUTES
