How to make it

  • DISSOLVE JELLY POWDER IN BOLING WATER
  • ADD ICE CUBES AND STIR UNTIL JELLY STARTS TO THICKEN ABOUT 3 TO 5 MINUTES. REMOVE ANY UNMELTED ICE.
  • BLEND TOPPING INTO JELLY. FOLD IN FRUIT
  • CHILL UNTIL MIXTURE IS SLIGHTLY THICKEND. ABOUT 15 MINUTES. SPOON INTO CRUMB CRUST. CHILL FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.
  • JUST BEFORE SERVING GARNISH WITH ADDITIONAL FRUIT IF DISERED
  • MAKES 8 SERVINGS
