- 1 PKG (85G) JELLO strawberry jelly POWDER shopping list
- 2/3 boiling water shopping list
- 2 CUPS ice cubes shopping list
- 1 TUB (1L) THAWED Cool Whip whipped topping shopping list
- 1/3 EACH MASHED strawberries WHOLE RASBERRIES AND blueberries shopping list
- 1 PREPARED 9 INCH (23CM) graham wafer crumb CRUST shopping list
How to make it
- DISSOLVE JELLY POWDER IN BOLING WATER
- ADD ICE CUBES AND STIR UNTIL JELLY STARTS TO THICKEN ABOUT 3 TO 5 MINUTES. REMOVE ANY UNMELTED ICE.
- BLEND TOPPING INTO JELLY. FOLD IN FRUIT
- CHILL UNTIL MIXTURE IS SLIGHTLY THICKEND. ABOUT 15 MINUTES. SPOON INTO CRUMB CRUST. CHILL FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.
- JUST BEFORE SERVING GARNISH WITH ADDITIONAL FRUIT IF DISERED
- MAKES 8 SERVINGS
