Easiest OMG Minni Party Pizzas Ever Recipe Meek / All my dishes

We had both an 18th and a 1st birthday in my family this week end. A friend of ours made these for the 18th, and they were so popular that we made them twice more over the 3 day period. So simple tasty and fits in for any age.

Ingredients
  • 1 Packet of puff pastry
  • 1 Punette of cherry boccachini
  • 1 Squeezable pack of pizza tomato paste
  • 1 Bunch of fresh basil

Directions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Line two or three baking trays with baking paper.
  3. Lay your un frozen pastry out on a clean surface, with a shot glass cut out rounds and put them evenly spaced on the baking trays.
  4. When all the rounds are cut squeeze a pea sized amount of pizza sauce on each.
  5. Drain and slice the cherry boccachini, put a slice on each of the pizza's.
  6. Finely chop the basil and sprinkle of the the top.
  7. Bake for roughly 15 min, or until the tops have turned brown.
