How to make it

  • Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Line two or three baking trays with baking paper.
  • Lay your un frozen pastry out on a clean surface, with a shot glass cut out rounds and put them evenly spaced on the baking trays.
  • When all the rounds are cut squeeze a pea sized amount of pizza sauce on each.
  • Drain and slice the cherry boccachini, put a slice on each of the pizza's.
  • Finely chop the basil and sprinkle of the the top.
  • Bake for roughly 15 min, or until the tops have turned brown.
