Ingredients

4 slices white bread

2 Tbsp. pizza sauce

4 Mozzarella cheese singles

2 Tbsp. chopped green or red pepper

2 Tbsp. chopped red onion

4 tsp. vegetable oil spread

Directions

Spread bread slices with pizza sauce. Cover each of 2 of the bread slices with one cheese singles and 1 Tbsp. each peppers and onions; top with second cheese singles and second bread slice, sauce side down.

Spread outsides of sandwiches with vegetable oil spread.

Cook in skillet on medium heat for 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
