Buffalo Style Crab Claws

If you love crabs and don't mind a little work getting them cooked this is the recipe for you. It's wonderfu and the dipping sauce is phenominal. Can't go wrong with this delight.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 16 Alaska snow crab or blue crab cocktail claws shopping list
- Dipping Sauce: shopping list
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped shopping list
- 1 small clove garlic minced shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl except claws and dipping sauce.
- Arrange claws on a broiling pan and brush both sides of each claw with butter mixture.
- Broil 5-6" from heat for 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter mixture.
- To make dipping sauce combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Serve claws on a platter with the dipping sauce.
