Wildfire Chicken Salad

This is a card I got when i visited Bob Evans and I loved this!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken, tossed with bbq sauce until coated shopping list
- handful of lettuce leave mix (iceberg, carrots and red cabbage) shopping list
- 1/4 cup thawed frozen corn shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced red onion or scallions shopping list
- several grape tomatoes shopping list
- cheddar jack cheese shopping list
- fried corn tortillas cut into strips (cut fresh corn tortillas into strips and fry them in vegetable oil till crisp, drain then cool) shopping list

- Dressing: shopping list
- mix 1/2 bbq sauce with 1/2 Marzetti's ranch dressing shopping list
- 1/3 cup Bob Evans Wildfire barbecue sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Assemble your salad as follows:
- lettuce, corn, tomatoes, onions, cheese, chicken, tortillas, then top with dressing.
