My family loves this sandwich. Better than a burger.

Ingredients
  • 1 lean beef roast
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can water
  • 1 pkg. au jus sauce mix
  • 1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
  • Crusty rolls

Directions
  1. In a slow cooker, place roast, consomme, water, sauce mix and dressing mix.
  2. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
  3. Meat will come apart easily when done.
  4. Remove meat and pour juice in individual serving bowls.
  5. Serve on rolls; dip in juice.
