How to make it

  • Sift powdered sugar. Mix all ingredients together and store in a large covered container. Use 4 heaping teaspoonfuls per cup of hot water.

    We made this in Foods and Nutrition class in high school but I couldn't remember how to do it. We also put it in nice jars with squares of fabric/ribbons! Thanks!
