Instant Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

1 box Nestle Quik (32 oz.)

1 (11 oz.) Coffee-mate

1 box Carnation instant non-fat dry milk (makes 8 qt)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

dehydrated marshmallows (optional)

Directions

Sift powdered sugar. Mix all ingredients together and store in a large covered container. Use 4 heaping teaspoonfuls per cup of hot water.

We made this in Foods and Nutrition class in high school but I couldn't remember how to do it. We also put it in nice jars with squares of fabric/ribbons! Thanks!
