How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • lay small pita rounds on foil
  • sprinkle ricotta an mozzarella cheese on pita rounds
  • slice grape tomatoes and place 5 on each pita round
  • cut up one link of chicken sausage and distribute
  • place in oven and bake for 30 min or until chicken sausage is cooked

    Great recipe! I recently made a similar type of pizza but with Whole Wheat pizza dough from Trader Joe's. I put a LOT of veggies (onions, peppers, a couple of sun dried tomatoes, basil, olives, squash, mushrooms) in it so I could cut down on the cheese and rolled the dough down VERY thin to minimize the carbs.
