This is a healthy alternative to a calorie filled pizza. It can also be modified as a snack or be consumed as a whole meal. depending the type of ingredients used, this meal is under 500calories.

Great recipe! I recently made a similar type of pizza but with Whole Wheat pizza dough from Trader Joe's. I put a LOT of veggies (onions, peppers, a couple of sun dried tomatoes, basil, olives, squash, mushrooms) in it so I could cut down on the cheese and rolled the dough down VERY thin to minimize the carbs.
