Fried Porkchops w/ Mushroom sauce

Ingredients
  • Canola Oil/ Vegtable Oil
  • Pork Chops
  • Flour
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Crushed French Fried Onions
  • 1 Egg
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan
  2. Mix together the Flour, Bread Crumbs and Crushed French Fried Onions
  3. In seperate bowl beat egg
  4. Dip Porkchop in egg bath
  5. Cover with crunchy mix
  6. Place in the frying pan until pork chop starts to brown
  7. Turn over and continue to fry until pork cop is fully cooked
  8. In seperate sauce pan heat up Cream of Mushroom Soup
  9. Serve with Rice
  10. and Vegtable of choice
