- 125g self-raising flour shopping list
- 75g caster sugar shopping list
- 75 grams of brown sugar shopping list
- 125g soft unsalted butter shopping list
- 50 grams of bitter chocolate, finely chopped shopping list
- 75 grams milk chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- Half a teaspoon real vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 12-bun muffin tin shopping list
- 12 muffin papers shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200C
- mix sugar, brown sugar, and butter until very smooth
- mix egg yolk, milk and bitter chocolate, until smooth add to sugar mixture, add flour and vanilla
- beat egg white and fold in the mixture
- Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or cooked , cool on a wire rack.
