How to make it

  • heat oil, saute garlic until fragant
  • add soy sauce and rock sugar until caramelize add cinnamon, and star anise
  • add pork, coat each pieces of pork knuckle evenly, add rice wine
  • add water, salt and pepper cook until soft, and sauce reduced
  • taste, serve
