chinese braise pork knuckle

- 2 pork knuckle, cut each knuckle into 6 pieces shopping list
- 3 tbs oil shopping list
- 3 cups of soy sauce shopping list
- 1 cup of rock sugar shopping list
- 3 cups of rice wine shopping list
- 2 cups of garlic shopping list
- 1 piece of cinnamon shopping list
- 6 star anise shopping list
- water shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil, saute garlic until fragant
- add soy sauce and rock sugar until caramelize add cinnamon, and star anise
- add pork, coat each pieces of pork knuckle evenly, add rice wine
- add water, salt and pepper cook until soft, and sauce reduced
- taste, serve
